The service
Village Reacts is a community tool for submitting and managing YouTube reaction requests.
Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. Do not share your account.
Acceptable use
Do not submit content that is abusive, illegal, infringing, or spam. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Respect the YouTube Terms of Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the requests and content you submit. By submitting content you grant Village Reacts a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. Moderators may remove content that violates these terms.
YouTube integration
Connecting a YouTube account is optional. Your use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Termination
Village Reacts may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Village Reacts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Village Reacts operates.
